Street Champions & Neighbourhood Watch
Street Champions and Neighbourhod Watch Co-ordinators

Street Champions have a pro-active role, dealing with a wider range of issues including fly-tipping and environmental matters than Neighbourhood Watch co-ordinators. However, both roles are extremely valued by local services.
The Neighbourhood Coordinators role is to report instances of Anti Social Behaviour and crime to the police. Street Champions often get more involved in events and clean up campaigns, whereas a Neighbourhood Watch co-ordinator is responsible for reporting issues only. There are overlaps but both contribute to making Walsall a safer place to be.
Street Champions can also be Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinators and vice versa.
