As a non-statutory organisation, Walsall Partnership’s Constitution formally sets out how the Partnership will structure itself to deliver its aims and objectives; how the Partnership ties in with its Accountable Body (Walsall Council) the protocols it will adhere to what the  governance arrangements are.
