Reports
Walsall Council's Corporate Performance Management is submitting a report to Cabinet on 15 July 2009.
The report sets out the latest version of the Walsall Performance Framework (formally the Corporate Integrated Planning and Performance Framework). The Framework details the way in which various Partnership performance management processes interlink and demonstrates how services and resources are managed. In addition the report summarises how the council and its partners performed up to 31 March 2009 through three key monitoring processes; the Beacon Index, the National Indicator Set and the strategic project register.
