The Emergency Response Team responds to all emergency queries out of office hours related to social services.

The team cannot provide the same services as teams that work during office hours because there are only two social workers (one children's services social worker and one adult's services social worker) on duty to respond to all emergencies in Walsall outside of normal office hours. The team, however, makes every effort to ensure that each query is dealt with appropriately and that each service user is as satisfied as possible with the service we provide.
