Free Fitzone inductions for 8-16 year olds February 2009 onwards

Fitzone Gyms are aimed at kid's between the ages of 8-16 years old and can be located at 3 Leisure Centres:

Kid's have to have 2 inductions before they are allowed to have casual usage in the gym this allows our qualified instructors to show them how to use all the equipment safely.

Inductions can be booked by telephoning one of the 3 centres or by asking at reception, induction charges are FREE February 2009 onwards and casual sessions are available most weekdays and weekends for a cost of £2.00.

4.00 pm - 5 00 pm 1st Induction
5.00 pm - 6.00 pm 2nd Induction
6.00 pm - 7.00 pm Casual Session

Tuesday

4.00 - 8.00 pm Casual Sesion

Wednesday

4.00 pm - 5.00 pm Casual Session
5.00 pm - 6.00 pm 1st Induction
6.00 pm - 7.00 pm 2nd Induction

Thursday

4.00 - 7.00 Casual Session

Saturday

12.00 - 4.00 pm Casual Session
