Golden Hello
The Golden Hello payment is a one-off fee offered as an incentive in attracting the right candidates to come and work for Walsall. Those eligible to receive the golden hello payment include all qualified Social Work and Occupational Therapists recruited to the authority, who will receive a monetary incentive upon satisfactory completion of the employee’s probation period. All positions within Walsall Council which are eligible for the Golden Hello payment are specified within the individual job adverts.
