Information for six or more people in a property and clinical waste collections
The council collects 140 litres of household rubbish (non recyclable waste) contained within a wheeled bin each week. The only exceptions to this policy are as follows:
- There are six or more people in permanent residence at the property.
- There are large quantities of non hazardous medical waste generated.
If you meet the above criteria and wish to apply for a larger bin please complete the form which applies to your personal circumstances below.
Where this is the case we will exchange the 140 litre grey bin for a 240 litre grey bin free of charge.
