Pollution Control Public Registers
The Environmental Protection Act 1990 and subsequent legislation has required local authorities and the Environment Agency to maintain public registers concerning Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control, waste management, water pollution and radioactive substances.
The Public Register held by Pollution Control includes information concerning:
- Part A1 installations
- Part A2 installations
- Part B installations
- Contaminated Land Register
- Waste Management Licences
- Radioactive Substances
Please note that details concerning Part A1 installations, Waste Management Licences and Radioactive Substances have been placed in the public register at the request of the Environment Agency. It is recommended that you consult the Environment Agency direct to ensure any information is up to date.
