Gypsy and Traveller Equality

The Gypsy and Traveller community strategy aims to identify, understand and raise awareness of both the needs and culture of Gypsies and Travellers.
It outlines the work the council needs to do in partnership with other service providers to ensure an effective and consistent approach to the Gypsy and Traveller community issues and provide a strategic framework for delivering, promoting access to and developing services appropriate to their needs.
