Equal Opportunities Policy
The policy aims to ensure that no employee, elected member, representative of partner organisations, service user or people who come into contact with the council in other ways is treated less favourably on grounds of sex, race, colour, national or ethnic origin, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, age, trade union activity, expired offences (where legally applicable), political or religious belief.
