Local Area Agreement
Walsall’s Local Area Agreement (LAA) is the delivery plan for the Sustainable Community Strategy (SCS). The LAA contains the priorities for the first three years of the Strategy and will establish the foundation on which the successful implementation of the longer term vision will rest. A new LAA was agreed with Government in June 2008 with a number of targets left unresolved. In March 2009 we submitted a Refresh proposal which has been accepted and finalises the target setting process.
